Howden Recreation Centre: a proposed community centre and sports facility developed by the City of Brampton on the south side of Howden Boulevard, east of Hedgeson Court and west of Heathcliffe Square in Brampton's Chinguacousy neighbourhood.
Website has been updated and the Estimated project completion is 2026, an extra year of delay.
Embleton Recreation Centre out in Brampton West got priority over this facility even though Howden is ready to start construction early next year.

Some Design updates on Howden starting construction later this year. I talked to Parks & Rec staff, the current design is based off the original facility with some upgrades.
They have included new fenced basketball courts which have been missing in the area and has quite a bit of demand.
