Cladding is now substantially complete on the south side, with work on that yet to start on the west side.

The panels beside the glazing seem peculiar to me.........like a non-sequitur to the rest of the design.

I'm fine w/the build on the whole, it's no ORCA (Thank goodness).............but I do feel it could have been better.

Nice to see trees lining the Queen St. side.

The Woodbine frontage feels a bit underwhelming, and maybe not wide enough if the bus stop is to say on that corner........it can attract more than a dozen riders at typical times and a lot more on nice weekends in the summer.
 
Interesting that they rebuilt the sidewalk without removing the stub hydro poles, especially the concrete one on Woodbine that has nothing attached to it. Then again, they'll probably be there for another 5 years.
