Yeah it took us 20 years to get this building built. It is by far the nicest building in town. Just hoping that they don't quash phase 2 which is an identical six story as well as another six story just down the road. I have to do a trip around to create some more threads soon as there are a few projects that are in the planning phases and I think if we can get eyes on them and more people paying attention to these projects

Harbor House is getting so close to being formed out. Can't wait till they start the roof structure. This building looks a thousand times better than the perfect world project that is due to block it
