MASS TIMBER is great... but if you are looking to reduce your carbon impact(s), etc -- for "CARBON NEUTRAL URBAN HOUSING" -- you have to wonder about shipping all of these Proof-of-Concept panels from a factory in Delta, BC to a site in Etobicoke, ON via diesel-powered 18-Wheelers..?

Each truck-load is driving almost ~4,400 KMs.

Would need to know the average weight of each truck-load, and total number of truck-loads required to calculate the estimated CARBON IMPACTS of those Factory-to-Site shipments.
