Reasonable looking addition to complete the block corner and streetscape. The overall motif reminds me of the Logan Residences further west along Queen E, but with a two tone cladding on the lower portion of the building.

I agree. it looks much better in this newer 3D image than in the previous images. I will be very happy when all the empty lots along Queen E are built upon. Especially the gas stations especially the one just west of Gio Ranas on the north side.( I've also mentioned/asked what's up with Post loft condos? Does any one know.) OK Back to this thread. I'm
looking forward to this project!
