approved development at 560 Grays Rd in Stoney Creek, on a currently vacant lot. This was approved as a 4-storey building in 2016, with a variance approved in 2019 to increase the height to 6 storeys, and radio silence since.

New Updated renderings for 560 Grays Rd, the category has changed from condo to urban townhouses, floors has changed from 6-Storey condo to 4 x 4-Storey condo townhouses, units changed from 150 to 94, parking has been changed from 249 to 113 and the Architect is Arcadis not KNYMH

The rendering appears to have been used for Rosehaven's "Urban Towndominiums at Mount Pleasant" development at 175 Veterans Drive in Brampton:

From bad to awful. Seriously, who comes up with these site plans? They’re dreadful. I don’t know how anyone looks at either of them and concludes that that is the best we can do here.

@Paclo The Renderings and the site plan is from last month’s November 20 meeting so I emailed the city council Ward 10 for additional renderings.

it's all blockitecture now - just a series of nested boxes - that's all anyone knows how to do now.
