Things have changed here since April 2018. Tracks reconfigured (note the old spur to GE), Skor is closed, and the library / apartment building is well under construction.

The presentation Metrolinx held in May was an update on the construction of the guideway. I believe this upcoming presentation will be on the public realm enchancements, which is being treated as a separate project.

All of that goes underground. They link the below-grade and above-grade sections with a pour contained within the purple, trumpet-forms seen elsewhere in the thread. That whole cage you see in my last image does go underground though (see below image for the extent to which it protrudes above grade).
