It looks like the fritted balcony panels are there as well as the tinted panels. The building is using both and it's clear to see when looking at it.

On the east side yes, waiting to see the ones on south elevation on higher floor.

When you look at the original architecture plans it seems on point with what has been done so far with more work to be done. So, could you clarify whats you mean? Which facets?

I was. Novus didnt bother me much since my view doesnt have it in sight. SE corner.

Very good buy, everything downtown is 1300-1400/sft now. And your view is permanently protected from future development

The literature at the time in print and on the web showed a planned community of 5 towers with GP phase 1 and 2 being the first 2 phases.

It's very intense there. But see it other way, at least we move into an built environment (with one remaining) so we don't suffer from the dust too much

As some one moving in to Garrison Point at some point next year, id rather all the construction be close to completion so it's less disruptive..

Why don't you both call up Bentall Kennedy and ask them to get going on that last tower tomorrow, and make sure they do three years worth of building in, I dunno, half a year?
