Based on a marketing deck that I saw a while back (tried to find it and couldn’t) the next building will be “Galleria 4” and yes, it’ll be just south of Galleria 3 (the building that is currently being constructed). From my understanding the current gym in Galleria Mall would go into Galleria 3 and then grocery store is to go into Galleria 4, but let’s face it, things change all the time. I do remember that based on the marketing slide, Galleria 7 and 8 would be completed within roughly 10 years from now.
 
We've been going to gymnastics at the community centre there for the last few weeks, so I've been watching this. It looks really nicely planned out. But they definitely need bus lanes on Dufferin once they fill those buildings (not that it will happen). The traffic on Dufferin is insane pretty much any time but Sunday mornings.
 
Boy, talk about VE’d glass sucking the soul right out of that brick works…
