This is an affordable rental development that contains 256 units across four buildings (a lowered parking ratio of about 155 spaces), along with ground floor retail space and solar roofs across all buildings. A lot squeezed out of a simple minor variance, impressive!

The rooflines in particular are interesting, I would guess there's some nordic inspiration going on.

The first two buildings are effectively complete (55 Franklin and 50 Eighth Ave), however they still have 2 more to build on the property (59 Franklin and 54 Eighth). The building permit is issued for the third building (54 Eighth Ave) and foundations were poured a couple of weeks ago.

Yes the first 3 are complete, commercial units are occupied in the first two buildings which include a coffee shop, a barber shop, and a pharmacy, commercial for building 3 hasn't been leased yet. Then the building they're working on is the 4th and final building.
