I find it crazy how quickly they dug this out when I was watching harbor House in Collingwood which was a little bigger than this. Just to go to levels. Took them like 4 months

I find it crazy how quickly they dug this out when I was watching harbor House in Collingwood which was a little bigger than this. Just to go to levels. Took them like 4 months

It may seem that way but they started excavating end of May so it is already 5 months.

I have seen much bigger sites go down 6 levels in 6 months but those had more space around the site to work with and were not downtown where I imagine traffic plays a part.

Almost all the high-rise density in that shot didn't exist 15 years ago. Looks almost unrecognizable as Toronto.

Can anyone confirm independently this Forma building is going to coat 500M to build and has about 1.1B in pre-sales? Let's say just under 600M in profit?

In todays environment it will cost more then the 500M to build. Your forgetting finance cost, property purchase cost, permit and development fees, sales commissions and many other cost associated with building this project.
