I was wondering why you keep updating the rendering of this building? Did the developer update their rendering too or something else? Just a thought.

Because it is finally, after 10 1/2 years, underway...

This lastest rendering looks great awesome! This is off subject but I was wondering why you never attempted to render the fourth and fifth phases of Regent Park. That would really fill up that section on the east side of downtown! It's just a thought
