^Huh we have too many detached houses? Try and tell that one to the thousands of people who are looking for exactly that option inside the city proper.

This project screams empty-nester-looking-to-downsize. One saving grace about schlocky projects like this is that they may actually encourage said demographic to cede some territory in the yellow belt.

Idk, the elevations looks pretty clean with no weird spandrel or mullions, and the cladding proposed is limestone with granite trim. I’d say this is a safe and simple bet, and kind of shockingly not terrible for G+C
