What's the plan for Bayview north long term? Just townhomes and single-story institutions with no retail between Sheppard (Line 4), Eglinton (5) and with Yonge (Line 1) running parallel 2km away? The stretch I am referring to is about 8km long strange considering we are in a housing crisis yet this is what we continue to build.

Are you proposing they build highrises on bayview when there's not enough access to transportation (besides Sheppard)? This would only add to the terrible congestion...

Now that it has a Council-adopted Avenues designation, along with the Major Streets work that has been enacted by the OLT (in part) we will certainly see 6-9 storey midrise coming to Bayview.
