I hung at Katrinas/Colby's/Club Colby's back in the day (great memories), my Doctor's office was right across the street on St. Joseph St. for 15 or 20 years and one of my best friends lives about 100' west. I'm really pleased to see the street starting to come back together again, it's a great street about to get better.
Don't forget Club Manatee, right next door. Sure, it was a dive but a fun one. St. Joseph was quite the gay nightlife hub when I came out, back in the early 80's. It's a lot quieter these days.
Glazing sighted. It looks like curtain wall with virtually no mullions. It reminded me of the Four Seasons glass, except with a gray hue instead of blue. I think UT will approve. I like it.

Was in the area over lunch and spotted the glazing as well. Snapped some shots for everyone. I like their choice and it reminds me of Theatre Park's glazing to a degree.
