Nice update! I disagree, but only because I'm not a huge fan of this stacked box fad in architecture the last couple years.

I can’t blame you, I don’t like most. My personal favorites are the Waldorf Astoria in Miami and this whole project, but Mississauga builds too many wacky skyscrapers atp

Make no different where you go in the GTAH, it's the standard cookie cutter square box building that can be slap together as fast as possible as well being cheap and using the balcony's to give it some form.
You will find some building being far more looking all around, but far apart most the time..
Renderings are one thing, but a different look during construction and fully completed.
This is oh hum site at this time. bland material colour like most building these days

I didn't realize until I shot this today that the mechanical penthouse is actually two separate floors. About half of the second floor walls are formed/poured.

Few more up on my site and all shot from various distances away from it.
Not sure if this the final height of the wall or part of it before the roof gets pour for the final mechanical floor. It is also on an angle in place of the normal square to the building and lets see what is plan for it now.
