Nice looking, yes, but the absolutely huge windows facing into what looks only like a 12-or-so-metre-wide courtyard is a bit of a head-scratcher for me.

Here is a rendering of the new design, along with a slight revision, which includes that the five (5) storey apartment building on the west side of the property facing the internal courtyard has been replaced by a two (2) storey amenity pavilion building, the total Gross Floor Area of for residential uses and commercial uses has been reduced to 11,450 m2 (123,247 ft), the proposed site density has been reduced to 2.7 FSI, and the total number of residential units has increased from 112 to 131 resulting in an additional 19 units.
