The Park Club will be 33 storeys, joining Fifth on the Park @ 24 storeys and Colours of Emerald City @ 13 storeys to complete this block ... MODs should the thread title be updated with this info?

Yep!! Block 3 is the Park and Block 2 the Fifth

Strange we are going to separted projects here, yet Dream was 3 in one accross the street.

Are we going to do the samething for the next phase to the south as I already have a thread for it as it was part of phase 10 until it was cut up??? It suppost to be the same as Block B and should be Block C

Indeed ... is there a reason why The Colours of Emerald City, Fifth on the Park, and The Park Club are 3 threads; whereas Emerald City 1, Emerald City 2, and Dream Tower are 1 thread? (that makes more sense)

Our software doesn't allow us to have more than one dataBase file linked at the top of each thread, and as each dataBase file now determines the thread title, and as the towers in this block have all been marketed with unique names, we are a bit stuck.

Based on various architectural drawings available on the City's website, the best guesstimate of the height of this tower is 107 metres high.

It's been months since anyone has shot The Park Club, or its sister tower 'Fifth on the Park'. We assume it looks "done" now and would love to have photos if someone is in the area! (Will post in the sister thread too.)
