Once Lions crews finish removing asbestos material, the building is comes down. 75% of the area is fence off with 4 wrecking machines on site.
It will mean I will not be able to shoot from the north side anymore until the old school is down and site clear.
2022 is more looking like an opening day for the school.
Truck load of joist on site for the roof.

They are always welcome since we can't get close to most site to take shots. M3 is a good example.
Can get shots from Central Parkway, but a longer route when I do a photo tour.

They started on Monday and didn't have time to stop to shoot it. Was planning on doing it today, but didn't happen..

with most of the roof deck in place, the roofers can come in to start sealing the roof to allow other traders then to start working inside. The side has to be clean an level around the school to allow the brick work to start on the exterior walls.
Only one section of the old school down and cleaning up that area before starting on the remaining section.
It been said that there are supposed to be some time capsizal on site for the school and to be remove this weekend.

Every little has been done in the last month leveling the old school site as well preparing it for the new sport field. The new school will not be ready until 2022 with the roofing being place on it now.
Block walls are being seal to allow the bricking to take place shortly.

The south side, east/west walls are brick with window installed. Getting ready to brick the north side.

Most of the exterior brick work is done with all doors and windows in stalled excerpt for an opening on the 2nd floor on the west side. I am assuming to have material place on the 2nd floor and fill in when done.
The old site is being dug up to install new underground utilities that will connect to existing ones as well update the existing system.
School will open For The new school year Sept 2022
