ELM intends to continue with the as approved plans. The permits for underground work for Towers B and C were issued and subsequently those levels were completed (why the crane was up awhile ago). Since then ELM has worked on getting the above grade permits for the next 2 buildings which have been issued (July 11, 2025) however there has been nothing since then.
Occupancy started on Tower A a few months ago and it was all over the news in KW for a whole plethora of reasons but other than that it's been pretty quiet.
