Not sure what’s going on with this development. The site is active - I can see the crane moving every weekday and there are usually workers on site when I pass by - but there hasn’t been any major progress since Benito’s shots in mid April. It’s such a small site too.
 
Mystery indeed. Wonder if this comes down to lack of budget for staffing on the developer's end. At this current rate, I wouldn't be surprised to see this construction process lag around for at least 2-3 more years.
 
Maybe it's going to be like SW Condos down the street. That also proceeded very slowly even after it hit grade, but is now moving at a clip.
 
I forgot that this was supposed to be a 28 storey building, which is decent height for Church & Wellesley. With the foundation and first couple floors in tact now, hopefully this can start rising quicker.
