Great news - good to see a commitment to retaining the heritage building facades.Submitted today
Application for Zoning By-Law amendment to accomodate the development of a 64 storey mixed-use building. The proposed development consists of a 3 storey podium which retains the existing heritage building facades on Yonge St with a 61 storey point tower stepped back from the street. The will be 531 residential dwelling units and 1414m2 of non-residential gross floor area.
