I wish developers would try to have more Fun on Yonge. Get a little crazy, you couldn't really go wrong. Teeple would be great, as is Snohetta.
That would be $$$ and $$$$$ instead of ¢.

I agree! it looks different enough to offer variety to the area and I personally enjoy that it looks like a late 80's throw back. And if they actually make it that mirrored rather than just reflective and blue I think it will look classy.

"Reasonably attractive"? Are you serious?I wish it were a little convex on the wide elevations or perhaps slightly hexagonal like the recently approved Pei design near Yonge and Eglinton. But stll, it is a reasonably attractive structure, IMO.
