They love you deceive the public. Only us here know there not “running”.So either the minister
1) straight up lied to make the situation seem better
2) was fed incorrect information from MX and testing is actually not supposed to start for another few days
3) just doesn't know how to communicate properly without obfuscating for obscuring details til they become meaningless
