Toronto Eglinton Line 5 | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

All the white hats trying to figure out how to fix the cracked foundation slab.
From the video I've seen, the cracking issue is in the tunnel - perhaps near the entrance to a tunnel box?

Presumably they've stabilized it, or decided it's not an issue.

As of April 19, 2025, the Eglinton Crosstown LRT stations have been issued occupancy permits, indicating that they are safe and ready to accept passengers. While major construction is complete, some deficiencies and system integration tests are still underway, and an opening date is expected to be announced within three months of the actual launch.

How about opening the stations for Doors Open Toronto on May 24 & 25? Currently, there are no stations in the list.

Got the following reply from Doors Open Toronto...

Doors Open has reached out to Metrolinx the past few years to participate in Doors Open but they have not been able to commit to the program. Unfortunately, we do need sites to opt in to participating, as we do not own any of the sites.

Yet, the Legislative Assembly of Ontario (111 Wellesley St. W. M7A1A2) is part of Doors Open Toronto. See https://www.toronto.ca/explore-enjoy/festivals-events/doors-open-toronto/doors-open-buildings-sites/building-or-site-details/?id=a0jMm000003fQ6TIAU&title=Legislative-Assembly-of-Ontario

(The City of Toronto does not own the Ontario Legislative Building. The land on which it stands, part of Queen's Park, is owned by the Government of Ontario. The City of Toronto manages Queen's Park as part of its city park system. )
