Finch was “too far along to cancel” as soon as it reached financial close in the dying days of the Wynne Government. Rumour has it that the contract was heavily poison-pilled meaning cancellation really wasn’t an option, as it would have been extremely expensive to cancel. I would assume that the Ford government continued this trend with their projects.Finch West, I think, is too far down the line to be changing at this point (thankfully).
The project most susceptible to change is the OL (YNSE is a 905, suburban, tunneled extension - I don't think ML will change anything based on the Royal Orchard protests).
