The timing worked out very well, they yanked the logos off of this one and slapped them on top of the E&Y tower.

I didn't even know the 2nd tower (I assume you mean the roehampton tower) even had a red stripe pool. If it did, it doesn't appear to now. Also they have added to the lot size for the 2nd tower and my understanding is they are adding more rentals to it, so its massing will very likely change.

The North Tower had the Red strip pool in the very initial proposal but had been taken away after.

how did they expect to do the second tower with that skinny footprint in the first place? It's barely 10m thick. Or was the sexy massing meant to help sell the first tower?

Also, it says under "posting permissions" that I can't create threads... how come?

The building was single loaded, that is, the hallway lined the east side of the building with units only facing west.

The next phase of hoarding is starting to get implemented. You'll see on Eglinton as of today theres large concrete barriers along the boulevard. Those are to support and protect the large overhead platforms coming in..for site office trailer and future temp power location/material laydown..shitters etc.
