The land on the other side of the arches, with the presentation centre...will the court yard be extended out to that piece of land?

O good! so it will be an open space ...like shown in the renderings ...technically in the future?...from under the arches ..you will be able to walk from the Eau to soleil courtyard into parkland area?

It's amazing how much that area has changed over the years. I still remember nothing there but those two older condo/apartment buildings and various factories. Now it is completely different.

Me and you both. I remember the days when SNC-Lavalin had its offices where the current Westlake development is, and this site was a motel. Humber Bay Park was still a nice expansive and quiet park that people from Mimico would go visit early in the day, and go back home in the late afternoon. No one had any inkling that condos were on the horizon, let alone the tallest condos outside any of downtown core in the country.
