Or maybe they're the smart ones, because they get to look at this, whilst East Fifty Five owners have to look at East United!

It's like how all the pretty Central Park-lined buildings are on the Upper West Side, but the comparatively less architecturally grand Upper East Side is the traditionally more desirable side because they get to look at the UWS!

A few more photos to add from today. Lots of progress at ground and mechanical levels. Didn't take a photo, but you can see kitchen cabinetry installed on the third level units. Latest communication from Brad is occupancy could happen between October and January; no firm occupancy date until after the pandemic is deemed over.

I imagine after the cladding on the mechanical level is installed, there won’t be a need for the crane anymore?
