gotta love the stupidity of doing that little cut in the building in the rear to meet the angular plane.. like does that even make any impact?

The rear neighbours there have a backyard, and to them it makes all the difference. Not that I care too much about those folks who reside on Beaconsfield; must be the most boring gentrifying folk of all the little nice side streets around these parts.
