There's an active Minor Variance application on this one to add two storeys of residential units:

"To alter the redevelopment plan approved under site-specific by-law 806-2015 for a 17-storey building by adding two floors of residential units and increasing the height of the 8-storey podium for structural and mechanical elements."

Probably a recreation out of new brick, as I don't recall that they recycled any of the old brick. If they do it decently (not like Tableau and its butchered facade), it should still better than what 75% of new-build tower podiums look like, IMO.
