The increased density is welcome to that stretch of Weston and hopefully more buildings get approved. It is a bit disappointing that most new buildings that are getting approved are mostly filled with 1 bedroom units and it's no different with this proposal with around 70% of units being either studio or 1 bedroom units. Not sure where this city expects families to live.
 
This one was the subject of a Settlement Offer, at the last meeting of City Council.

That offer was subsequently adopted, and is now public.

The database has been updated to reflect the settlement offer. Changes are as follows:
  • Tower A (2-16 Denarda, west side) reduced from 43 to 39-storeys / 147.59 to 136.2m
  • Tower B (5-15 Denarda, east side) reduced from 44 to 43-storeys / 151.05 to 138.3m
  • Total residential units decreased from 1070 to 1052
  • Total bicycle parking reduced from 1075 to 1072
No new renderings. Renderings currently in the database file reflect the previous design.
