Bazis 'could' claim that there is a hint of blue in the grey spandrels

Love how crystal blu mimics Manulife's skinnyness so much... They're like brothers but the Cladding on the Crystal might dramatically change that... it's gonna clash!

Why is the cladding SO far behind the rest of the building.. considering it's somewhat close to top-out...

Definitely heavy on the grey... but there is some blue there (perhaps if viewed through a chunk of crystal). Once it's all up, I'd be curious to see how the changing quality of daylight brings out the blue... if at all.

That said, they certainly could have been more daring with the blue... especially after a rather sleek marketing campaign.

And I'm also loving the slimness as seen from Hayden too.

Two photos combined (sorry about the curve)

In Drum's posting....photos #5 and #7 show a certain Yonge St. clothing store in front of Crystal Blu.....hmmm the cladding (or is it spandrel...never sure) seems to match the storefront....maybe they should rename it "Le Condeau"

I feel bad for the buyers on the lower floors with southern exposure windows who have nothing else to look at but that ghastly brown building.

And the buyers who face Uptown 30 feet away...

I dragged my swollen, sorry ass outside (I'm presently in wisdom teeth removal recovery) and took these photos. That's how much I love you all.
