The West is going to be mainly curtainwall as it does not have balconies.
The East and South will have window walls for the sections that have balconies and curtainwall for all other sections.
The North is going to have only window wall as it has balconies all the way through.

Hope this helps! And hope Concord don't change this in any future iterations of the design!

Yes, but I just think it is more the case with this building. The messy look of the balconies on this one could be cleaned up a lot with the use of curtain wall and complimentary colour.

...the only difference here is that due the size of this building it will be much more apparent if they full out VE the cladding. And yes, being Concord...this is a real concern here.

This reply makes no sense to me. Regardless if each building is being judged individually, it's the cladding that makes or breaks the building. I statement stands....

...that's pretty much the KPF proposal-that-was. To which I had speculated would be likely cheaper to build than the balcony mess Concord where proposing when they first took over this. So saved by the VE bell I guess.

Edit: It also looks like KPF have also gotten back into the driver's seat from the DB header.

The design never changed when Concord took over to be clear - there was simply a bad rendering posted which was wildly mis-interpreted.
