The thing I don't understand is, if Concord has such a bad reputation, why do people keep buying condos from them?

If buyers are keeping existing contracts does that mean the architecture here will be left unchanged?Received letter from YSL, concord take over this project, every buyer keep their contract. Expect finish time is 2026. Today has workers working on site
It would have to be yes… although Concord would have room to change some items that wouldn't "materially affect their unit" (IIRC the wording in such contracts). That could mean changes to the exterior: it's hard to prove how such changes affect the units. So… who knows at this point? If buyers are keeping existing contracts does that mean the architecture here will be left unchanged?

Guess it takes time to drain a lake.2026 seems like a long time seeing as all the zoning and everything is done, and the most of the digging to get it started.
