Few week ago, Concord sent me an email that occupancy date is March 2025.
But, they sent another email the PDI is November 22,2025.
I am sure why it is so apart between PDI date and Occupancy Date.
Anyone know ?

which tower is yours, east or west? and lower or upper? Occupancy might be different in the same tower I guess.

I imagine that occupancy starts at in December. Don’t forget that this project has 1400 units which will take a while to move-in.

For all the shit this thing takes, it's easily got one of the best, if not the best MPH sections of anything in this dumb City. Will be very cool to see it used by residents from afar.
