Why would you think that?

Since it's a massive podium space in their "piece de resistance" and grand flagship product, in their largest "master planned" community, located in an extremely busy node, next to a bunch of landmarks with loads of pedestrian traffic.

But it's more just wishful thinking since we're talking about Concord.

It's a bland, anonymous-looking building. Fits in nicely, considering how monotonous most of our residential towers downtown are.

Height is what i am looking for from these buildings. the tower portion will be almost double their current height to give you a image of how tall they will be.

In my view, if a building is horrific, giving it more height just makes it more horrific.

Not sure why I feel this way, but it's hard to believe that these are going to be significantly taller then The Well. Especially when seeing it pics like this one.

The tower portions are only half their final height here. so double the tower height with your fingers to get an idea how tall they will be
