With the terminals being talked about as well as a page now in place for Harbour House wanted to create a thread for this building as it should be getting going soon this is one of the last two Parcels of land in shipyards development Collingwood looking forward to seeing start of construction I will keep everybody up to date

New article in Collingwood today opposing six stories I personally believe that this building in its is current iteration most likely won't be built, but I am hopeful as it it very much fits the shipyard feel that Collingwood harbor has

Thank you for being the voice in my head right now. Towered yeah, this town is opposed to anything taller than three stories. Sprawl before tall is all they do here and they can't even confirm a subdivision within a 10 year period

I’d wait until it’s completed to make that assessment. It’s worth mentioning that it’s supposed to be a landmark building at one of the town’s most prominent locations.

You see above-average buildings going up on Toronto’s waterfront as well. Tridel’s projects under construction in the East Bayfront, for instance, are arguably better than this proposal.
