When they have worked on including EMS hub into some of the Housing Now podiums, it is essentially defined as 250 m2 drive-thru section of the street-level for swapping staff shifts and restocking / cleaning the EMS vehicles, same format to what they have included in 260 Adelaide St W project - https://urbantoronto.ca/news/2022/01/60-storeys-and-park-proposed-entertainment-district-sites.47034I wonder what an EMS Hub involves. Just somewhere to park ambulances and for paramedic staff to break between calls? It's not like there will be an ER here, right?
