Block 31 is only affordable housing, no market rate units
I thought they stopped doing that now, with their new developments. From what I understand, all new TCHC will stick to 1/3 rent geared to income, since it works so well in their other buildings. So now they're going back to all subsidised units? That's certainly proved to be a bad idea in the past. Wasn't that one of the main benefits of the new Regent Park, removing the stigma, by mixing poor and middle class tenants in the same buildings? That makes no sense at all.
