These are probably one of my favorite buildings in Toronto. Not just because of the design and height, but... is it me or they have been managing the project relatively well? Seems like it been going up pretty fast?

At least two generators on the roof.
Outside window looking in. 1-2 floors per day.
New bollards
Protective wood covering being removed, final flashing. New CIBC sign.
Closing in with revolving doors.

Two cooling towers gone up top.
Broken window top left?
Small future ice rink? Not worth the effort for cold feet. No skates on the nice new wood please.
Concrete pour for the Green P entrance on the Esplanade.. New bike lanes can’t be far behind.
Green roof almost completed.

Couple of shots of the overbuild park today. Really looking forward to the woodwork on this. The tress on phase 1 have really matured fast.

I think what looks like a pond is an extension of the grass area from phase 1
