Pretty soon you will be able to see sky towers crane popping through over by prestige when I was up there the other day you could very much see the back of it through a gap in the buildings with CIBC square complete and sky Tower this view will be absolutely breathtaking

WilkinsonEyre are celebrating their 40th anniversary this year, so they had a little exhibition in London showing off their history and current projects.
Snapped these shots of the CIBC Square model they've got, thought y'all might be interested - you can see the Oval cricket ground model in the background.

I was just wondering the same thing. Even got a bit excited in thinking I'd missed the new tower being taller ... too bad ... would have been great like that.

I suspect it was an older model they had hanging around, where they dusted off and rolled out for this exhibit. The nuisance of the towers are still captured though.

Wow I don’t think I ever noticed the old proposal included One Front West. I’d say this is more attractive than the proposal from architects-Alliance, theirs doesn’t feature the podium design or this same iconic glass.
