I wonder how display boards are going to differentiate between train platforms and bus gates? currently busses have platforms numbered 41-47 so they don't conflict with train platforms, however the new bus gates are numbered 1-14.

I can tell you this. It will display what "Zone" you should be in, then 10 mins before departure, display the "Gate" number.

Could just be the photo, but it looks like there's a disproportionate number of chairs for the space available, and the schedule monitors also look way too high up.

Bench seating will be limited for social distancing, and yes, I agree you will definitely strain your neck looking for your bus..lol.

Will there be separate display boards for trains and busses? Otherwise some will find it confusing to have a train at platform 3 followed by a bus at gate 3.

No. Don't ask me why, but there have been instances where people have searched and failed at attempting to find their train on Platform 47.

Bridge is basically done.

I also noticed that they are switching sides working in the underpass on bay

Scaffolding coming down on the bridge and on bay st. I assume that means the crane is coming down within the week since you can’t have a crane operating without protection.

They are about to start putting up glass where the elevators were. Hard to see but they have the spider thing and I saw glass in boxes

141 Bay Street CIBC Square: Rail deck park construction overnight work continues

Hines Group, responsible for the CIBC Square office complex construction is now starting overnight work on the north end of the rail deck park that will connect to the future building at 141 Bay Street, which is the final section of the park. This first phase of work includes installing the structural steel and the underside metal deck for this portion of the park over the next 6 months.

For safety reasons, all work in the overbuild park continues to take place overnight between the hours of 12 a.m. and 5 a.m. as workers are not permitted in the rail corridor during the day or evening when tracks are being used by trains. For more information, click here to access the work impacts bulletin. Should you have any questions, please reach Hines Group at community@CIBCSQUARE.com.
