Why would anyone leave a bent wheel locked up? You'd think they'd at least take the tire as it looks like it's still in good condition.

Who knows, maybe the bike was just stolen? And perhaps someone who is unsavvy enough to lock a bike with just the front wheel secured also is unaware of the value of the tire. But, the lock is probably worth more than the tire.

Phase 2 is over 80% leased and will be going ahead on schedule.

The GO Station is being vacated on December 04, new station opens on the 5th, demolition is suppose to start before end of December, and shoring scheduled to begin in February, occupancy of phase 1 to start Q1 2021, anticipated completion of phase 2 Q4 2024

Crane is not going down...the building is in fact getting taller. >.>
