Yeah every corner of the diamond-shaped window facade plus the crown will be lit up. It can be seen on YouTube Bay Park Center.

It has a nice effect where the edges are illuminated at a decreasing intensity away from the luminaries at the intersection - from the CIBC Centre video:

I believe those little white spots on the corner of every diamond window in the photo up above . Must be the pot lights where the lighting system will light up the windows .

I hope not. This building is stunning as is. It's not a christmas tree, simple white lighting will look great any day of the year.
