That kind of 'geographic location' is how the City describes all their unnamed Lanes. In St Lawrence, I was involved several years ago in proposing names for all these kinds of Lane in our area. See link on https://www.slna.ca/heritage.html

There are workers all over the place today, rent signs are up, the guy installing the lighting is moving fast and even more soil is being dumped into the courtyard. The fancy glowy street number is up on the east building as well.
I'm also curious how/where they are going to mount the Shopper's signs.

That's the standard for unnamed laneways. It will eventually get a real name, but its geographically based so EMS/Fire/Police can easily find them without a name.

I managed to walk into the middle of the courtyard, because they left all the fences open and it looked like it was walkable from the new street (it is not)
Jazzed to see what green space they build here for hanging out. But also mindful any green space is about to become the dog pee depot.
