The 2 largest spaces are ~13,000/14000ft2 certainly not department store/big box space, but large enough for a small supermarket or a very large Shoppers.

Hopefully not a 200-seat Tim Hortons! LOL

I wonder what they'll do with that parking lot above? It would be cool if they extended the Distillery District or something similar to it. I found this information from 2021. Looks like a park and a street extension.
