I think it looks fine - it will eventually be surrounded by buildings on all four sides anyways so distant views of this thing won't be around for all that much longer.

Hopefully they do apply some kind of tint or stain to the precast panels to really bring out their colour - I think making them a bit more RED would help the building base have a bit more weight (feels top heavy right now)
ive heard through the grapevine they are applying a finishing sealant to the precast once construction is wrapped up and the precast is cleaned, to bring up out the vivid aggregate of the precast. a practice which is not too common for precast in toronto, but one which i can certainly see a firm like Cobe being finicky about
