Why don't you have a look at the actual drawings?
The landscape architects have included plenty of programming for the space, including children's play structures, busking space, and plenty of seating.

Welcome to grim gray city! (I'm not seeing any kids structures in the rendering, but gonna bet they lack colour and are grim like the Sherbourne Common "playground".)

The exteriors don't look like they relate to the pedestrian realm all that well. It reminds me a bit of the bunker feeling that the Four Seasons gives off at ground level

There's no office building. There's a two storey retail building on the west side of the park, south of Walton - it's pretty small.

The "wave" motif on the towers is cheesy - it looked bad on GC condo initial proposal and it looks bad here.

Chelsea Green? Where the F is the green here? Look a that public realm rendering. It's looks like a gloomy grey parking lot. For a developer looking for this much density, how on earth is this kind of approach to the public realm acceptable?
