These renders look great. I grew up around this area and it is in dire need of redevelopment. I'm glad this is being developed here, because, if anything, it'll extend commerce further west of Dufferin.

This looks amazing! Although it's my understanding the building code only allows 6 storey wood framed buildings, and this is 7. I hope this is approved as is

The marketing page, 77wade.com makes reference to ‘A pedestrian crossing is to be completed just north of the site, enabling easier access to the Bloor UP/GO Station, and shortening the walk to 5 minutes.

is this referring to the proposed Barrie GO line station, or some other project?
